APB-320 C-USB User Guide
1. TURN THE UNIT ON
2. CONNECTING DEVICES TO INPUT
2.1 How to connect a condenser microphone
- Connect the XLR cable from microphone to input
- Turn the Mic/Line switch to position MIC
- Turn the Phantom switch to position ON
- Adjust gain to „OK“ level while speaking to microphone
- The Phantom diod is glowing red and when talking to microphone the signal level is green on „OK“
2.2 How to connect a mixing console
- Turn the Phantom switch to position OFF
- Turn the Mic/Line switch to position LINE
- Connect the XLR cable from mixing console to input
- Adjust gain to „OK“ level while speaking to microphone
- The Phantom diod is OFF and when talking to microphone the signal level is green on „OK“
2.3 How to connect a laptop/smartphone
- Connect USB-C cable from laptop/smartphone to the USB-C In and Out
- Adjust gain to „OK“ level while recieving signal from laptop/smartphone
- On laptops, make sure to select the correct audio input and output in the computer’s settings or in the video conference software settings
2.4 How to connect iPhone or iPad with lightning connector
- For iPhone and iPad with lightning connector Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter is needed together with a USB-A to USB-C cable
- iPhone is connected to the Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter. USB-A to USB-C cable is plugged into USB-C In & Out (Input 3) of APB-320 C-USB. USB-A is plugged in to the Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter

3.4 How to connect iPhone or iPad with lightning connector
- For iPhone and iPad with lightning connector Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter is needed together with a USB-A to USB-C cable
- iPhone is connected to the Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter. USB-A to USB-C cable is plugged into USB-C Output of APB-320 C-USB. USB-A is plugged in to the Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter
